1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACS Detailing Co. ("ACS Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile auto detailing business operating in the Erie and Arvada, Colorado area. By accessing our website at acsdetailingco.com, booking our services, or providing your contact information through any of our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Description of Services

ACS Detailing Co. provides professional mobile auto detailing services, delivered directly to your home, workplace, or preferred location. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Exterior detailing (wash, clay bar, polish, wax, and paint protection)

  • Interior detailing (vacuuming, steam cleaning, conditioning, and odor treatment)

  • Full detail packages combining interior and exterior services

  • Specialty add-ons such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and ceramic coating


All services are performed by ACS Detailing personnel using professional-grade equipment and products. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage within our service area.

We use GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party customer relationship management platform, to manage bookings, customer communications, follow-ups, and payment processing. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed through this platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


3. User Responsibilities

By booking or using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting booking or quote requests.

  • Ensure that the vehicle to be detailed is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location.

  • Provide access to a water spigot and standard electrical outlet at the service location, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to the scheduled service.

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Pay for services in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon.


You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to authorize detailing services for the vehicle presented. ACS Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to any vehicle.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any booking or transaction.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.

  • Use our website or communications channels to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content.

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or automated systems.

  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written consent.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business, employees, or other customers.


5. Payments and Billing

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified during the scheduling process. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout, processed securely through Stripe via our GoHighLevel platform.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of booking. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems; payment data is handled by our third-party processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to establish and modify our cancellation and refund policies at any time.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on acsdetailingco.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the property of ACS Detailing Co. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.


7. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from ACS Detailing Co., you consent to receive text messages as described below. Standard message and data rates may apply. This program operates through our GoHighLevel communications platform.


Types of Messages

When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-up messages after your service, booking updates, and occasional service-related notifications. These messages are designed to keep your detailing experience seamless and stress-free.


How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (720) 818-9544. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You will receive appointment-based messages, including booking confirmations, reminders before your scheduled service, and follow-up messages after your detail is complete. Message frequency will vary based on your scheduled appointments.

8. Disclaimers

ACS Detailing Co. provides its services and website on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee that any specific result or outcome will be achieved through use of our services. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and type.

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including paint scratches, chips, swirl marks, or interior wear that exists prior to the commencement of services.  You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACS Detailing Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACS Detailing Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any false or inaccurate information you provide to us.


11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other customers.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including outstanding payment obligations.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County or Boulder County, Colorado.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
